Post-Concussion Syndrome Treatment in Ontario
At Northoak Chiropractic, we offer an integrative approach to the treatment of concussions and post-concussion syndrome. Our team combines neurologic, metabolic, nutritional, and biomechanical tools and techniques to help you get your life back after suffering a traumatic brain injury.

Concussion & Post Concussion Syndrome
Are you experiencing concussion symptoms more than a month after your initial injury? While the majority of concussion symptoms will resolve in the first few weeks to a month, about 15% of cases will persist beyond this time and continue to cause major issues for people.

Functional Neurology
Functional neurology can be an important tool for addressing neurological problems, including concussions and traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). In this blog, we will explain the basics of functional neurology and how it works to treat concussions.

Soft Tissue Injuries
A typical course of treatment for soft tissue injuries involves eight sessions over a period of four to eight weeks. Specific rehabilitative exercises are also used in the process. Most patients should expect to notice significant improvement by the fourth treatment.
